Once again the Concerned Citizens of La Vergne causes controversy as member Damian Fahy calls on the seizure of private warehouse property so the city can “knock some down to make way for shops that will bring in sales tax”. Which was then supported with “likes” by a Debbie Heughan & Mitchell Sweat.
This site fully respects the rights of those with such liberal opinions but we do not support or endorse the taking of private property to make way for a shops area to bring in sales tax revenue. We respect the right of the owner to with the property as they choose in accordance with state and local laws.
