Interpretation

I was recently reading a comment from an unannounced  candidate for alderman, Sarah Boner who was challenging the interpretation of the law.  I find it interesting that she does not side with the board of aldermen on this issue since legally they are correct per the city legal representative Evan Cope.   Mr. Cope went to school for many years to be able to do what he does in the court rooms and Mr. Beard nor Ms. Boner have that specific education.

Isn’t this the same thing that people were complaining about several months ago?  Too many people  without an education, not knowing the facts and wanting to weight in?

Ms. Boner is now calling for “fairness” in this situation which begs me to ask, fair for whom?  Fair for the city and its tax payers?  Fair for Mr. Beard who many complained wasn’t doing his job?  Or possible fair for Ms Boner as she publicly begins to make herself a figurehead in hopes of getting electing and taking the city back to when it was understaffed, and not current on road work and water maintenance.
